About the Early Career Program

The Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council's Early Career Program (ECP) serves as a bridge between long-time ITRC Members and new additions to respective member groups, encouraging streamlined orientation to new roles and retention of staff among agencies and organizations. Through targeted training and mentorship, The ECP seeks to inspire further generations of environmental professionals to utilize ITRC's products and trainings to their full potential. 

Membership Details

  • Membership to the Early Career Program is free for all ITRC members
  • Program membership is focused on early-career environmental professionals, with seven or less years working experience
  • Members range across all ITRC groups: Federal, State, IAP and Stakeholder Members
  • All members are required to be a member of ITRC in good standing, and involved in at least one Active ITRC Team
