The Incremental Sampling Methodology Update (ISM-2, 2020) guidance document was developed to update and expand upon Incremental Sampling Methodology (ISM-1, 2012). During the update process, the ISM-2 Team identified and clarified information in ISM-1 that was outdated, inconsistent, or potentially misleading, as described in the attached statement.
