(March 28, 2019) At the 2019 Annual Meeting, the ITRC membership elected Keisha Long of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) to serve as the new Co-Chair. Keisha will serve a three-year term, replacing Tom Higgins of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
Keisha has been with the State of South Carolina for more than twelve years and is a Project Manager at the state's Superfund Program. Along with being the South Carolina State Point of Contact for ITRC since 2010, Keisha also was the ITRC Team Leader for the Sampling, Characterization, and Monitoring Team, and was a member of the Green & Sustainable Remediation Team and the Remediation Risk Management Team. ITRC looks forward to the passion and breadth of experience that Keisha brings to this position.
